Freeform Boulder Opal – 13.8mm by 9.6mm

This loose, pre-owned freeform boulder opal, in an excellent condition, is ideal for a one-of-a-kind jewellery make with a sustainable edge.

Both sides of this gemstone are curved. It’s like a flattened pebble but as it’s quiet thin it could be treated like a cabochon.

• Colour: dark reddish brown and cream base colour with opal seams. The opal has green, blue and red play-of-colour.
